Processing Times

  • All orders are baked fresh to order.

  • Most orders placed Monday–Friday are baked and dispatched the following business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be baked and shipped on the next working day.

Shipping Method

We ship exclusively with Royal Mail 24 Tracked. This service usually delivers within 1–2 business days after dispatch, but delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to Royal Mail delays.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

  • Free or promotional shipping may be offered at our discretion during special events or sales.

Warm Weather Advisory

Baked goods are perishable and may be affected by high temperatures in transit. While we pack orders carefully, Axel’s Baked is not liable for heat-related damage. We recommend retrieving your package promptly once delivered.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, weather, or other factors outside our control.
