Can I choose every cookie in my box?
Yes. Choose your flavours and quantities from our NYC cookie range. Your basket shows the exact total before checkout.
How big are the cookies?
Standard NYC cookies are approximately 120g each. Mini Cookie Dippers include 20 mini cookies of approximately 20g each and two 56g dips. Check each product page for what is included.
When will my order be dispatched?
We bake and dispatch Monday to Friday. Monday to Thursday orders are usually dispatched the next working day. Friday to Sunday orders are dispatched on Monday, or the next working day if Monday is a bank holiday.
Is delivery guaranteed for the next day?
No. Most orders use Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch. This is not guaranteed. Read our delivery information.
How much is delivery?
Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Our delivery page explains current free-delivery information.
Where is my tracking?
Tracking is sent when your order is dispatched. If you need help, contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout.
Where can I check ingredients and allergens?
Check the product information and packaging for your chosen flavour. If anything is unclear, ask us before ordering so we can help you check the information for that bake.
How should I store my bakes?
Follow the storage and best-before guidance on your packaging. Different products can have different instructions. Keep your bakes sealed when you are not enjoying them.
Can I change my order or delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will check whether it is still possible before your order is prepared or dispatched.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Please get in touch with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the bakes and packaging can help us investigate damage or an incorrect item.
