Freshly Baked & Shipped Monday–Friday
Every Axelsbaked order is baked fresh, packed by hand, and shipped across the UK.
We are not a warehouse holding old stock. Your cookies are baked as close to dispatch as possible, so they arrive fresh, soft and ready to enjoy.
When Will My Order Be Baked & Shipped?
We bake and ship orders Monday to Friday.
Orders placed Monday to Thursday are usually baked and shipped the next working day.
Orders placed from Friday 00:01am through to Sunday 11:59pm will be baked fresh and shipped on Monday.

For example, if you order at 10am on Friday, your order will be baked and shipped on Monday.
If you order at 9pm on Thursday, your order will usually be baked and shipped on Friday.
Delivery Service
Most orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 usually aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch, but it is not a guaranteed next-day service.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your parcel directly with Royal Mail.
Free Delivery
Orders over £22 qualify for free Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout depending on your order size.
Weekends & Freshness
We do not bake or dispatch on weekends because we want your cookies to arrive as fresh as possible.
Rather than baking on a Friday and risking parcels sitting in transit over the weekend, all orders placed from Friday 00:01am to Sunday 11:59pm are baked fresh and shipped on Monday.
If Monday is a bank holiday, your order will be baked and shipped on the next working day.
Bank Holidays & Busy Periods
We do not usually dispatch orders on bank holidays.
If your dispatch day falls on a bank holiday, your order will be baked and shipped on the next working day.
Royal Mail may also take longer during bank holidays, Christmas, busy periods, bad weather or other postal delays.
Please Check Your Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
We cannot be responsible for parcels that are delayed, returned or lost because the wrong address was entered at checkout.
This includes missing house numbers, wrong postcodes, old addresses, incorrect flat numbers or incomplete delivery details.
Delivery Delays
We always aim to bake, pack and dispatch your order on time, but once your parcel has left us, delivery is handled by Royal Mail.
Tracking may not update straight away, especially during busy periods. This does not always mean your parcel is lost.
If your order is delayed, please check your tracking first. If you still need help, contact us with your order number.
Freshness & Perishable Products
Our cookies are freshly baked and perishable, so we cannot accept returns.
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
Photos of the packaging, if damaged
If something has gone wrong because of us, we’ll do our best to sort it.
Warm Weather
During warmer weather, chocolate, toppings, spreads and fillings may soften slightly during transit.
This does not mean the product is unsafe or faulty. Once received, store your cookies in a cool, dry place and allow them to settle before eating.

Keep sealed when not eating
Enjoy within the best-before guidance on your packaging
Warm slightly if you want that soft, gooey centre
